It is mainly use for PE film pelletizing and extrusion.
Characterizer:
1.This line introdces Japanese technique,it can directly put PE,PP film into single screw extrusion line for granulation after crashed and cleanouted.It won't destroy the structure and physical property of the molecule of raw material,and surely it's much more economization than traditional pellet feeding method.
2.The single screw extrusion line adopts screw of large L/D,it bears special exhaust equipment and it can wipe off the liquid water content effectively and got high output.
3.Palletizing line using water ring pelletizer, guanules are uniform and beautifu.
